The Signals feed
The live in-app feed of every signal: tabs, category filters, the live badge, and per-signal copy / snooze / dismiss.
The Signals feed
TL;DR — The Signals page (
/signals) is the live, in-app feed of every signal we detect — independent of your email digest. It updates through the day, and you can filter, snooze, dismiss, and copy drafts straight from it.
How it differs from the digest email
The digest email is a once-a-day curated send. The Signals feed is the always-on view: everything we've detected, including softer signals that sit below your confidence filter. If you want to work signals as they land rather than wait for the morning email, this is the page.
When to use it
The feed shows every event in time order — one row per event, newest first. Use it when you want the full picture for the day rather than waiting for the digest. For a per-account rollup (which accounts are heating up across multiple events), use the Pipeline page instead.
If you've just signed up and the feed looks empty, that's normal: monitoring starts when your companies are added and signals appear as they're detected. Digests only send when something material clears your confidence filter — a quiet feed on day one is expected, not a fault.
Confidence rings and chips
Each row shows a confidence ring with the band label (High / Medium / Low) — this is how sure we are the event is real and about the right company, not how urgent it is. Next to it is an impact chip (e.g. Significant change, Notable change) describing what kind of event it is. These are two separate things: the chip is the event type; the ring is our confidence in it.
Some news signals also show a "Right company?" flag with an AI verdict (yes / unsure). This is a separate name-matching check — not a second confidence score. It surfaces when the article is about a commonly-named company and we want to be transparent about whether the match is tight.
The three tabs
- Active — live signals you haven't actioned yet, newest first.
- Filtered — signals held back by your settings (below your confidence filter, in a quiet period, or a muted type), each with the reason shown inline so nothing is a mystery.
- Historical — signals already included in a past digest.
Filtering
- Mine / Subscribed / All — narrow to companies you own, companies you've subscribed to, or everything. Your choice is remembered across devices.
- Category chips — Leadership, Hiring, Contracts, Funding, News, Distress. By default every category except Distress is shown — Distress signals stay in-app until you opt in. Your selection is saved per user.
- Date range — 7 days, 30 days, or all. Default is 30 days, which matches how signal freshness decays.
Acting on a signal
Each row has a confidence ring, a "Read source →" link to the underlying public record, and actions: Copy draft, Snooze (30 or 90 days), and Dismiss with a reason. Select several rows to snooze or dismiss them in bulk. A green "N new" badge appears when fresh signals arrive — click it to load them.
Dismissing or snoozing here acts on a single signal, not the company. Archiving a whole company (to free up plan capacity) is separate — archived companies move to the Archived companies list and stay restorable for 90 days.
