What counts as a company?+
Any UK organisation you put on your watchlist — a deal you lost, a client you manage, or an account you're targeting. Each company takes one slot against your plan's cap, no matter how many signals fire on it, how many messages you copy, or how many people on your team use Thawly.
What happens when I hit my plan's cap?+
Nothing breaks. Every company already on your list keeps being monitored and your digest keeps arriving — you just can't add new companies until you free up space. Archive companies you no longer care about to open slots, or upgrade to the next plan for a bigger cap.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?+
Your digests pause — that's it. Nothing is deleted: your company list, signal history, and settings are all kept exactly as you left them. Subscribe to any plan and the daily digest picks up where it left off.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, any time, from your billing page. Move up when you hit your cap, move down if your list shrinks — you only ever pay for the cap you need. There's no feature difference between plans, so changing plans never changes what the product does.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited seats — bring your whole team without buying licences. The company cap is the only thing that differs between plans.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual billing is 20% off — you pay 9.6× the monthly price for 12 months. For example, Growth is £1,430 billed annually instead of £1,788 paying month-to-month.
Are there any add-ons?+
One: SSO (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 provider) at £49/mo, for teams whose IT policy requires it. Everything else — every signal source, AI drafting, CRM integrations, unlimited seats — is included on every plan.
