Live CRM sync
Managing CRM sync & health
The CRM page: sync schedule, import-health bars, outage banners, and one-click resync once a CRM is connected.
Managing CRM sync & health
TL;DR — The CRM nav entry (
/crm) is always visible once you're signed in — before you connect a CRM it points at the connect flow; after connecting it becomes the operations view. Connecting still happens in Settings → Integrations.
Before you connect
The CRM entry in the nav opens the connect flow on first visit. From there, connecting takes three steps:
- Connect — authorise Thawly's read-only OAuth access to your CRM.
- Import — choose which closed-lost deals (and optionally closed-won accounts) to bring in. You can filter by stage, owner, or date range.
- Confirm — review the import inbox before workers start monitoring the imported companies.
After your first connect, the nav takes you straight to the Import inbox (/crm?tab=inbox).
CRM page vs Integrations
- Settings → Integrations — the setup surface: connect a CRM via OAuth, run a manual import, and open per-provider diagnostics.
/crm— the operations surface: ongoing sync health and schedule, plus the import inbox. The page shows the full operations view once you have a live connection.
What the CRM page shows
- Sync schedule — each connection with its last-sync time and a status chip (active, paused, stale, error, or revoked).
- Import health — a success-rate bar over recent syncs, colour-coded green / amber / red.
- Banners — a heads-up when a provider is having a wider outage (we retry automatically), or when one of your connections hasn't synced in over a day and a half.
- Inbox (managers and admins) — the
/crm?tab=inboxtab shows companies waiting for approval before workers start monitoring them.
Acting on problems
- A connection showing error gets a Try resync button — that usually clears a transient failure.
- A stale connection links straight to its diagnostics in Integrations.
- The danger zone lets an admin disconnect one or all CRMs. Imported data stays; only future syncing stops, and you can reconnect any time.
When to step in
Glance here if a digest seems light and you rely on CRM data — a red health bar or stale chip explains it. You don't need to babysit this page; healthy connections sync on their own and the nav shows a red badge only when something needs attention.
