Choose how often the digest sends, the delivery time and timezone, the fortnightly pipeline digest, and how to pause.
Digest schedule & cadence
TL;DR — Choose how often the digest lands, what time of day, and in which timezone. We never send an empty email — if nothing fires on a scheduled day, nothing arrives.
Cadence
On Settings → Digest cadence you pick how often the standard digest sends:
- Daily (every weekday) — default. Monday to Friday, at your delivery hour.
- Twice a week (Monday + Thursday) — two batched sends instead of five.
The fortnightly pipeline digest
A separate fortnightly pipeline digest emails you, every other Friday, the accounts with two or more signals stacking up — each with an AI read across the stack (the same synthesis you see on the Pipeline page).
- Default: on.
- A confidence filter (default 75) controls which signals qualify; a live preview shows roughly how many accounts would have triggered last week.
Delivery time & timezone
On Settings → Digest, set your timezone (default Europe/London) and delivery hour (default 7am). The digest is assembled and sent at that local hour.
Pausing
- Org-wide pause (Settings → Digest) stops all sends until you resume — signals keep being collected the whole time.
- Personal pause (Settings → Notifications) lets one user pause their own digest until a date, with an optional holiday forwarder.
When to change it
Most teams stay on daily. Switch to twice-a-week if a daily cadence feels like too much inbox. You should not pause the org-wide digest as a way to quiet a noisy feed — adjust your signal quality settings instead, so you keep getting the signals that matter.
Defaults
Daily weekday cadence, 7am Europe/London, fortnightly pipeline digest on at filter 75. All org-level except the personal pause.
