Using Thawly
Your dashboard
Your hottest signals, weekly stats, and the one setup step worth doing next — the page you land on after sign-in.
Your dashboard
TL;DR — Start here each day to see what changed: your hottest signals right now, weekly stats, and (for admins) the one optional setup step worth doing next.
What's on it
- Top hot signals — the three highest-confidence signals firing across your tracked companies right now, each with the owner, a confidence ring, and an "Open signal →" link into the full feed.
- This week — stat tiles for companies being monitored, signals in the last 7 days, value of deals being monitored, and emails sent. Each tile links straight to the matching page.
- Optional next steps (admins only) — a single, ranked suggestion if there's something worth doing: pick your vertical, connect a CRM, or sharpen company matches. It disappears once setup is complete.
- Team pulse & engagement (admins only) — a one-line read on how the team is acting on signals over the last 7 days, with a link through to the Team page.
Dashboard vs Signals vs Pipeline
- Dashboard — start here. At-a-glance: what's hottest right now, your weekly numbers, one suggested action.
- Signals feed — the live event-by-event stream, with category and date filters, for when you want the full picture.
- Pipeline — signals grouped by company with an AI summary across multi-signal accounts — use this when you want to spot which accounts are heating up.
What reps vs admins see
Admins get the full surface (setup steps, team pulse, banners). Reps get a calmer version — the same top hot signals plus quick "jump to" links to their last digest and their subscribed companies — with the admin-only setup chrome hidden.
When the dashboard is quiet
A brand-new org shows a welcome card pointing you at Add companies. Once companies are added, signals start landing within a day and the tiles fill in. Empty tiles on day one are expected, not a fault — your first digest arrives the next morning at your chosen delivery time.
The product-explainer strip
Until your first digest arrives, a brief one-line strip appears at the top of every page explaining what Thawly does — it watches your tracked companies for buying signals and emails you a short daily digest, only when something worth acting on happens. You can dismiss it any time with the ×; once you do (or once your org's first digest has been sent) it stays gone. The dismissal is saved to your account, so it won't reappear when you sign in on another device.
