Plan comparisons, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and where to find your invoices.

Billing

Thawly is billed via Stripe. All plans, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled in the Billing section of your account.

Every plan includes the same signal coverage, daily digest, Claude Sonnet drafting, unlimited seats, and CRM integrations. The only differentiator is how many companies you can monitor.

Trial

Every new signup starts on a 14-day no-card trial of Starter — 100 companies, daily digest, full signal coverage. No card is required to start. After 14 days, digest sends pause until you add a card. Your data is preserved and signals keep being collected; nothing is deleted.

To keep going, go to Billing → Add payment method and add a card. Your Starter plan activates immediately and the digest resumes.

Upgrading

Go to Billing → Upgrade. The new tier takes effect immediately and Stripe pro-rates the difference for the remainder of your current period.

Downgrading

Downgrades schedule for the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid days you've already covered. Your company allowance shrinks at the renewal — companies above the new cap remain in your account but stop generating signals until you remove some or upgrade again.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Digest sends pause at the end of the current period and your account becomes read-only — your data is preserved and you can re-subscribe with one click to resume signals.

Annual billing

Annual billing works out at roughly two months free per year (10 months' price for 12). The annual prices shown in the table reflect this discount.

Invoices

Stripe-issued invoices for every charge are emailed to your billing address and available in the Stripe customer portal (link in Billing). They include your VAT number if you provided one at checkout.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something's gone wrong on our side — the digest didn't run, signals stalled, anything material — email hello@thawly.co.uk and we'll make it right.
