Notifications, pausing & holiday cover
Your personal controls: pause your own digest, skip weekends, go in-app only, or forward signals to a colleague while you're away.
Notifications, pausing & holiday cover
TL;DR — Settings → Notifications is your personal controls (not the whole org's): pause your own digest, skip weekends, go in-app only, or forward your signals to a colleague while you're away.
What you can set
These settings apply to you alone — they don't change anyone else's digest.
- Pause my digest — pick a date to pause until (up to 90 days out). Signals still collect; you just stop getting emails until then.
- Weekdays only — skip Saturday and Sunday emails. New signals still appear in-app at the weekend.
- Email opt-out (in-app only) — stop digest emails entirely and read everything on the Signals feed instead.
- Relevant topics — tick the kinds of events worth your digest space. Leave it untouched to inherit the org default.
- Your role — BDR/SDR, AE, founder, sales ops, or manager. This nudges draft style to fit your workflow.
Holiday cover
When your digest is paused, you can name a holiday forwarder — a colleague who receives your signals while you're out, picking up where you left off. Choose "no forwarder" if you'd rather your digest simply go quiet until you're back.
When to use which
- Going on leave for a known stretch → pause until a date + a holiday forwarder.
- Permanently prefer the app to email → email opt-out.
- Just want quieter weekends → weekdays only.
You should not use these to mute noise you'd rather fix at source — tune your signal quality settings for that.
Defaults
Nothing paused, weekends included, email on, topics inherited from the org, no forwarder. Everything here is per-user and takes effect on the next send.
